• I recommend enquiring 2–3 weeks ahead for custom cakes.
    For wedding cakes minimum 1 month.
    For simpler cakes, at least 4 days notice is recommended.

  • Yes. Full payment is required to confirm all orders.

    For large cakes and wedding cakes, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to pickup or delivery.

  • Yes, pickup is available, however collection times are limited depending on availability.

  • Yes, fees apply depending on distance.
    Once the cake leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible for any damage caused during transport, handling or storage.

  • Due to the custom nature of all cakes, deposits and payments are non-refundable once preparation has begun. Please contact me as soon as possible regarding any changes.

  • No Prato does offer gluten-free cakes.

    While selected cakes can be made dairy-free, vegan cakes are not available at the moment as all cakes currently contain ingredients such as eggs.

  • Please include any allergies or dietary requirements in your enquiry form before placing an order. While gluten-free options are available, all cakes are prepared in a kitchen that also handles ingredients such as gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts, so traces may still be present.
